Anthony, like you ,I'm sick and tired of taking pills. Take one to fix this problem and and hope it doesn't create another. Wishful thinking!! Oh, least I forget,fitting into your timing schedule!! But anyway, I've just started Retary. It seems to work ok.

thanks, yes I did but the thing is i dont want to take anymore drugs. More drugs, more problems...for me anyway.

Have you spoken to your neurologist? There are drugs that can extend the effectiveness of c/l to lessen the off periods or you could switch to an extended release version of carbidopa. A duopa pump might also be an option.

I take ER C/L, but then take a regular C/L in between doses and I chew that one so that it gets into my system faster, since the dissolvable one is no longer available. It starts working within 10 minutes when I chew it, although you feel like you have a mouthful of chalk, but there is no taste, thank goodness! I take the ER tablet 3 times a day and the regular tablet twice a day, in between the ER doses as needed.

Only thing I take at the moment. I take 3 pills 3x per day..8, 2, 8
