I go along with Mick ! There's only two things I would add. 1 laugh as often as you can and 2 every time you laugh eat vast amounts of chocolate 😁😁😁😁😁

I would say a decent life span for you would be in the mid eighties. Exercise regularly and stay positive and you should live a long life.

That is the first time I have heard about the arm not swinging beause that is exactly what made me go to the doctors! I stopped using my right arm and when I told my doctoe he suggested that i see a neuroligist and here I am. Fortunately I don't have the hand shaking as most PD patients have.
