I must have missed it but I thought I would feel a world-wide breeze arising from so many of us doing 5 ankle flexes on each ankle yesterday and today.
Perhaps when you do these tomorrow I will get the breeze I really need to I know you are safely and actively taking care of yourself.

Happy your ankles are strong and healthy. With all of the balance issues so many of us have, it is important to keep our joints moving well. I have to exercise regularly or my joints start to tighten up and cramp.

I do ankle flex’s daily. I sit in a chair with my heels on the floor and lifting my toes 10X’s then my toes on the floor and lifting my heels up 10X’s. I guess it is helping.
I do 10 ankle flexes per leg as part of my routine before getting out of bed but am under the covers. Will have to take them off so you can feel the breeze!😊
