Yes, I’ve noticed my hair coming out a lot in the last year or so. I’ve started taking hair vitamins. They seem to work. As long as I take them my hair loss is quite a bit less. My nails break easily as well. I’ve always had very strong nails. I’ve always been able to grow them long. Not anymore. Makes me sad!
