It took about six months of testing for me. I was tested for dementia, various memory disorders, dyskinesia and any number of movement disorder specialists. After that it was presented to the team to vote up,or down,

They do several tests to verify you would benefit. The tests include Neuropsychologist testing, On/off testing and MDS evaluation and recommendations. Several MRI’s and CT scans. At least that was my experience.
