Anyone Taking Seroquel

My husband has been experiencing a lot of hallucinations delusions, aggression and paranoia.His neurologist has increased his Seroquel from 50mg to 100mg twice daily. Anyone else taking Seroquel, has it helped? What dosage? I know everyone is not the same when dealing with these symptoms of the disease.

My husband takes 25mg once a day at night, seems to help with his hallucinations but still thinks people are in the house, still is paranoid that someone is going to come in, have had tge licks changed twice .
