Excessive Sleepiness

I've been diagnosed for 2 years and have been on minimal dose of c&l but lately I am extremely sleepy and can sleep all day or fall asleep sitting in a chair watching TV. None of my other meds for anxiety and depression have changed.

I just read the one cause of
Sleeplessness in PD is sugar.

Do you sleep OK at night? Exercise, walk out of doors, take vitamins? just wondering. Some of these may help.
