Mae I think different countries will have different regulations on whether you can get Carbilev over the counter. Mine were prescribed and they are covered by my medical aid.

I take Carbilev tablets and they have been excellent for me. A super anti depressant - the best I have ever found and my hand tremor and voice have improved.
