(It looks like it might be a program to help people with the high costs of out of pocket expenses with medical care and maybe with the cost of expensive prescriptions. )

Do I need an actual computer to be able to go to this site? When I tried to go to the site with my smart phone, I wasn’t able to get a readable page of what they were saying or asking.
