Yes Sue fatigue is normal for me and many others every day all day. I even feel tired when I'm asleep . Someone posted recently about C12 ??? I can't remember who and I'm too tired to search 😄 that's about as helpful as @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member lol ! 😄

Fatigue can be very hard. Especially if combined with insomnia and RBD. If I get like 7 hours sleep, almost certain that the next night will only get about 3 hours. And then the naps go out of control. Even with a good night of sleep I have fatigue during the day. With a bad night, fatigue is worse.

I probably am no help with your fatigue as I don't normally get very tired during the day. Could your meds be causing some of the fatigue?

Getting out of bed in the morning is about the hardest thing I do all day. I am pretty much wheelchair bound. It is not hard to take a 2-4 hour nap in the afternoon. On a lot of meds.
