I can still enjoy a beer or the occasional wine other then that I don’t really drink anymore either, but it doesn’t seem to have any negative effects…

Hi ...I do not drink alcohol but PD does affect your taste buds.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, you still need water. I mix water half and half with flavored sparkling water over ice. It takes away the bitterness of water and the sparkle quenches my thirst. I call it my cocktail but it’s refreshing and doesn’t make feel bad, something for which I need no help.
