I now use my kindle to read. Books are often awkward and heavy.

Pretty much like the picture 😄

Well what kind of answer would you expect from me ? It's a very important question you ask Russell in my humble opinion and I won't attempt to give a sensible response at 2 am ! 😄 Tomorrow maybe .....

Tomorrow 😁 I get stressed over the most mundane stuff. Answering the door to the DHL guy 🤔 that would never happen before. Phone calls, cooking etc. I consciously keep calm deep long breaths try not listen to people around me, it is difficult. but I don't know any other way.

I do not tolerate stress very well. Try to eliminate it as much as possible.

I do not know about anxiety but Carbilev has been the best antidepressant I have ever experienced.

I prefer a real old fashioned book in hand. It gets my eyes off electronics and in my happy place. Just finished a fascinating book titled The Last Telegram about the silk industry and parachute manufacturing for the RAF in Britain during WWII. Sorry I can’t recall the author.
