I agree. Comfort is the key. I practically live in sweatpants with waist ties. It works for me.

Pd gives you a ton of problems. Comfort in clothing should be #1 that's something you can control. So many things with this disease you cannot control take advantage of your ability to control your comfort . The best choice is what helps you to be the most comfortable.

Hi Pat, @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member good idea! Silverts, Magnaready, and Joe & Bella all advertise pants for these functions. I'm sorry to say they are not much to look at, though!

I've been inspired by some of their design solutions and then altered my mother's clothing, which she feels much more confident in. A local tailor should happily do the same for you, if you show them how the specially constructed pants/shirt work they could 'update' the existing clothing he likes!

Give me a year and I'll have some nicer womens' PD/Dementia designed clothing ready to share publically!

I'd greatly appreciate any feedback you have on the mens' clothing you find!!

Welcome to our new Parkie friends who have new questions and ideas. Do you remember when you were diagnosed? I only remember 2017. So many doctors disagreed and I went on. It did get confusing and frustrating. Share your experiences if you would like to. Blessings, JudyTx 🌹 🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂💋💋🙏🙏🙏
