I Am Wondering About "freezing". If You Have Experienced This, Are You Conscious Of What's Going On, Or Do You Lose All Consciousness?
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have had a few instances of being unable to move or respond to people, especially when they are talking to me. Recently, I had an episode where I could hear my name being called but could not see, and I couldn't move. I was trying, but I could not. Is this freezing, or is it just a blackout?

could be freezing. Happens to me if there is too much going on at the same time. Best to take someones arm. I also sing in my head wheels on the bus or staying away to redirect me and get me moving. 😀

My husband has experienced an involuntary inability to move, especially when starting or turning while walking. He feels like his feet are stuck to the ground. His neurologist called that freezing gait.

How did we go from "freezing" to sleeping? Hum, I'll ask that question later.
