I ,too, suffer from constant fatigue. Whenever I am doing a chore I need to rest as I am so tired. Even doing the simplest things like taking a shower and shaving. I have difficulty putting on my underwear and socks and clothes and drying my back off after a shower is a challenge. I tend to nap a lot as well.

Sleep makes a big difference. But that’s always a struggle for me as well. Unless I want to be up then I am sleepy… lol… I laugh now so I don’t cry..

My PD Neurologist put me on a night time med to help me sleep, said not getting at least 8hrs at night, really aggravates PD...since I've been on it and sleeping good at night, not nearly fatigued at all and do better during the day.
