When your symptoms are interfering with your daily life, it's time to start taking meds.

You might consider getting involved in a treatment trial, since some are only open to people who have not started taking medication yet. Check on the Michael J. Fox site if you are interested. If nothing else, this is a good time to get involved tin the Parkinson's Progression Marker Initiative at the MJF site.
