YouTube has multiple types of excerse programs for PD. Just start slow, even if it's for 5 min. Find the show that you like best. However get some one to share it with. You'll have more accountability and some to share in complaints and progress. My girl friend does the same program with her sister in another state at the same time. They talk to each other on their cell phones while the follow the videos on t.v.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member - try to find exercises where the shaking doesn't interfere. A stationary or recumbent bike so you don't have to worry about falling is an option. Or dance to music that makes you happy. Walk using a walker if falling is a problem. Rock Steady Boxing has been very helpful for a lot of people. It can be adapted to different abilities. There are classes specifically to help people with Parkinson's, both online and at some gyms. Ask about what's available where you live.

Once we moved to our Forever home, we decided we would go healthy after all I was walking 5 miles a day in Hawaii, let's go all the way and quit smoking 🤯😳😱 About that, apparently way down in the bowels of research, smoking retards the onset of Parkinson's 😲🥺😦😣
WTH!!!
Well That Ended That!!!
I couldn't stand so I sat till I couldn't sit so I stand. 🤔
Do I sleep in the guest room with the spring mattress or the Temporpedic mattress. ...or the special 20 position chair 🤔
Thanks y'all, I just realized I haven't been comfortable in 8 years 😆

Alan I'm with you bro, there's no simple answer. Besides it's exhausting and darned expensive. In the last 20 years we've moved 4 times and I can't shake the thing. No I don't want to move either like you said. Gonna stay put and look for some different advice . I'll keep you posted !
