I hv lower back ck pain a lot & I found one exercise that helps & u can do it laying flat on your bed. Keep your legs straight but not touching the bed than very slowly lift them up & start bending the m towards your chest, when they r folded on your chest, hold them down with both arms to a slow count of 8 & then slowly lift & straighten them & lower back to your original position, not touching the bed & repeat twice more. I do everything to a slow count of 8 but after 3 times my back feels good again. That's where I fractured my spine so it's a big help w/o meds.
Physical therapy helped my husband. When he does the exercises, there is less pain.
P.S. I do chiropractic about 2 times month.
Hi Ronald. I do heat and/or ice 2-5 times daily if needed, use different creams on my pain site, medication, walking, stretches and P.T. exercises.
Sure wish you well with this process.
