I had my DBS done in April of 2022. BEST DECISION EVER. No tremors since. Hardly any foot dragging. There are some things I wish I knew before, but definitely with it.

That I did have to shave all my hair. (I understand why but I didn't like it) there's something called a"honeymoon" period right after surgery where I was walking like normal for a week. Unfortunately I haven't had that feeling again. The DBS program can also help with speech and sleep. Your neurologist can program it in.
