I am over 70 years old. One blessing from Parkinson’s, I learned to cure constipation. Now my stool is proper consistency , it passes with no strain. Magnesium Citrate capsules, 400mg daily.

Our Parkinson's Nurse told us about using both the magnesium supplements as well as the magnesium spray, and we both became converts as much for aging as for my Parkinson's aching legs. Works well-- a supplement with proven benefits.🐝
