Ive heard of it, but since MSA isn't treatable it isn't an issue. I hope it works to give you enough relief. I would be interested in how you do with using it.

My OT suggested that I mention it to my neurologist!
I did and he thinks it would be helpful for “off periods “

I have never heard of it...but that might be because I'm not at that stage yet...🤠
