I just set up my advanced directives not to keep me alive by artificial means. When it's my time and there's no quality of life let me go. I don't want to have my body kept alive building up medical bills for no reason.

Whether you have Parkinson's or not all of us need to talk about end of life and get everything in order. Plan on advance directive etc.
