And don.’t allow it n your life. Stress will drag you down very quickly and I was amazed how sensitive you become when faced wth stress.acvoid it at all cost. Good luck sending you a hug and hopefully a photo

Hi, I’m Jane and I was diagnosed in February 2006. (18 years ago). I do crafts which helps to keep me busy and helps your precision skills. I also do yoga, other than the 2 other recommended which are swimming and tie chi. I changed my diet to a low protein diet. I’m not a vegetarian but I eat vegetarian meals and soups. As far as I’ve read about timeframe it varies from person to person. I know that I’m still functioning quite well. As a matter of fact I combed the SIugarloaf mountain in northern New Brunswick this fall. Sending a picture from an ongoing story of this mountain. I much like removed anything that gives me stress in including my husband who did a 360 and is now taking care of things. Also negative people I don’t associate with them either,
