Back to the Sauerkraut. Pickled sauerkraut cooked with pork, or sausage, and served with a pile of mashed potatoes. Mmmm. My Pennsylvania Dutch Grandma made it often. Still one of my favorite things at 82.! Also it is good for the gut flora. Pat
