I have a renewed hope 😊 even it it helps elevate a little
Yes, and Magnesium helps with gut issues and constipation.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I have always been anemic, usually testing low for both B12, and iron, but I can't take either because they cause me to be so constipated that I will be seriously sick to my stomach. I get better results literally beefing up my diet with more red meat, sea food help best for iron, but they also conatain B12. Leafy green vegetables such as spinach and broccoli are high in B12, as are eggs, and dairy products. I constantly crave milk. Google will supply you with endless lists of foods and recipes.
When I was diagnosed with PD my blood test showed I was low in B12, D4, and Fish Oil. I have been on supplements ever since.
Loucinda I have stomach issues as well however that is why I would go with an infusion a few times a year. That seems like the only way I can benefit from the wonders of this supplement. I'm not sure if it will work but it seems harmless not to try 🤔
