when you are going to fall become a rag doll. learned that long before PD. You are absolutely right on the money Dale!!!!!
I’ve had the unpleasant experience of watching someone dealing with Dyskinesia. It’s completely unpredictable. It also completely exhausting, without the benefit of providing much exercise.
It’s nothing to make light of.
You always manage to pin the tail on the donkey Dale 😅
Falling is not a pleasant experience. It’s better when you know how to do it. You seem to know the proper technique. My worst fall was when I missed the top step on my back steps (concrete). I missed all four steps as a result and I ended up hitting the driveway hard. My head ended up in the wheel well of my vehicle. I relaxed completely.i ended up with a few scrapes and bruises, nothing. Broken or bruised.
I’ll take it!
I committed the cardinal son of Parkinson’s. I heard something, and looked up from the stairs I was walking on.
It seems to be to the left most of the time, except when I was stabbed in the nose by a rod. A face plant.
