There are times I wish I had numbness in my feet. I have severe discomfort in the bottom of my feet feels like I'm'walking on gravel. I have found relief from standing in a turkey pan full of ice. It's wonderful love it. Sounds crazy but it works for me and I use support hose because of the what they say is restless leg syndrome. I have another name for it little things crawling up and down my inside of my legs it feels crazy it's not painful it's just irritating and it makes it where you just cannot get comfortable so hence turkey pan ice. Lotion that contains peppermint & lavender - the actual herbs, not just the fragrances - apply in an upward direction from the toes toward the knees. Walking in a swimming pool, especially a mineral pool, best is a mineral hot springs pool, but any pool is good. A bath with mineral salts works good too.
