Hi Susan,

I’m sorry I don’t get on here very often. The group will be starting in April 2026. You can always reach me at pdcareconnection.org.

I am going to be starting a group at Scottsdale Bible Church located on Shea Boulevard starting in January. The group is called hope and encouragement for people with Parkinson’s. It’s a new group.

Are there any in-person Parkinson's support groups that meet in the Phoenix area?

The search results provided don't contain specific information about in-person Parkinson's support groups meeting in the Valley of the Sun (Phoenix area).

However, MyParkinsonsTeam does have a Groups feature where you can connect with others. To find groups:

- Go to the "Groups" tab on the navigation bar
- Scroll through different types of groups
- Add yourself to a group by tapping the + button
- Access groups by tapping the group name

While these are online groups, members often share information about local resources and in-person meetings in their areas. Consider posting a question on MyParkinsonsTeam asking if anyone knows of local support groups in the Phoenix area - other members in your region may have helpful recommendations.

You might also want to contact local Parkinson's organizations or movement disorder centers in Phoenix directly, as they often coordinate in-person support groups.
