Thanks for the info
Hi my husband had a superpubic cater in his belly that helped a lot and I have seen much younger people adapting to this
I don't have during the night, however the day time is horrible. I had to start wearing the depends after my son and came in from fishing. Unfortunately there is no wash room at the dock and as embarrassing that it is i wet myself. I have to run at times to the washroom as I don't always were the depends at home. They have saved me a number of times. As much I hate wearing them I do need them.
My father ended up with a catheter. Staff at the nursing home were often slow to respond to calls.
I've seen devices that can be put in area that absorb fluids and sorta vacuums them into a container for clean out later. I'm not sure of the name of the device but I'm sure if you ask any urologist they'd know by that description, maybe even a general MD. They advertise on some site, if i see it I'll get back to you and I believe it's one of those Medicare approved devices, if in the states. Best of luck, hope this helps and hopefully I've see the ad soon!!!
