I recently watch several talks by Dr. Lewis Clarke, with the Pam Health group. Dr. Clarke is a Rehabilitation Dr. that specializes in Neurochemistry. He has many tricks he uses to reactivate the neurotransmitters and has clinical data that shows new brain wave connections. The Nicotine patches is just one example of some of the easy tools. I found his blogs on YouTube and I really learned a lot. Some other medications that also produce dopamine are used together with the 7mg Nicotine patches (2 days/ week).

I have worked in Industrial Manufacturing for 47 years, and have never gave up on finding the root causes that create problems. This is the first time I have felt hope! Never give up and, never give in! I am doing the 7mg patch 2X per week. I put on a patch Monday AM and Remove it Tuesday AM, and again on Thursday with removal on Friday. It's has only been 2 weeks, but I seem to be more energetic and calm at the same time.
