Our son surprised us with some beautiful lawn ornaments. We skyped with my grandson and had a blast watching him learning to walk. My son and second youngest daughter both recently got fabulous jobs. One a nurse, one a phlebotomist at prestigious hospitals in the city. The best thing is my husband, and I had a very active role in them making it. It was family teamwork. Seeing there smiles and confidence grow is unbelievably rewarding every day. What positive things big or small have happened in… read more

My husband and I celebrated our 44th anniversary. We got him a wheelchair so we were able to go out to our favorite pizza joint. So nice to get out!

Being able to play and record my violin practice was huge; I performed at work yesterday, and got the audience to sing along which was tremendous fun!

I spent five days doing a trip to Sleepy Hollow with my wife and sister in law. The trip was designed with no more than 2 hours of driving per day. With no one drive longer than an hour broken by lunch. Since my in laws passed away it was the first time for my wife and sister to relive their highlights.
For me the secondary highlight was designing and accomplishing this.
First true vacation in 20 years. Very Happy to be able to design and truly enjoy travel within Parkinson's limits.
