We recently moved to this area and are looking for a more geriatric friendly neurologist. Also, I am looking for a traditional support group. Is there anyone local to us?
fond memories of the harbor at avon lake...................storm stayed there once when l. erie was in a tempest. the dock master brought us cookies his wife had just baked. now i wish we lived there...the support group sounds wonderful.
@Jud-the info about the Lorain group is from 2010-i will call to see if it's still ongoing-thank you!
The Cleavland Clinic has a nationally known center for Parkinson research and treatment. Use this link to see bios of some of the docs. I used the filter to find many that are in the dept. of neurological restoration at the Cleveland clinic main campus

The Cleveland clinic hospital is about 45 minutes from you but probably worth the trip.
Good luck and good health.
This support group seems to meet about 20 minutes from Avon Lake. --->
