There is suppose to be great benefits for parkinson patients who participate in dance.

I agree that dancing is very good for Parkinson. I dance 5 times a week, doing ball room, country and line dancing. Several years ago when I first started dancing I would have really bad leg cramps and was taking potassium. I quit taking the potassium and I hardly ever have a leg cramp. Also line dancing is good for your brain because you have to learn the steps and the order they are in. Dancing is therapy to me.
