I shake often when I sleep, normally don't wake myself up but sometimes wake up with cramps in my legs or arms

My hubby shakes and jumps when asleep, don't know if its part of Parkinson's symptoms he was only diagnosed a few weeks ago.

I was prescribed Quinne which help with the cramps
