I wake up often during the night and my pillow is wet. I turn it over and then get that side wet. Then it starts to get a smell like a baby's blankie. Any suggestions on what I can do?
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. I've been using the Atropine for about three months now and I haven't noticed any side effects at all. I actually went to my GP because, I was getting a scalp infection which is similar to cradle cap in babies.
I bought a load of babies blankets the soft ones from tesco and wrap them round the pillow they are soft and absorbent it did help
I don't have PD but drool when not using the sleep apnea machine so I use a microfibre bath towel on the pillow. It washes much easier than the pillowcase.

The most effective treatment was Botox injection in the salivary gland(s).
It is important to treat excessive saliva as there is a risk of aspiration pneumonia.
Also, current meds can be adjusted higher, which may also help.
unfortunately drooling is one of the nasty things that us parkies have to put up with. I know you can buy pillow protectors for a few dollars. perhaps you can get a couple of those
