When You Dream Or Have Nightmares, Do You Have PD

I have had PD for 28 years and in all that time I have never dreamt that I had PD, and I have vivid dreams and nightmares, that is until about 2 weeks ago, then I had a dream I have it. Has anyone else experienced this?
