I use satin sheets on a twin bed mattress with satin pajama top. Much easier to turn, schooch and move.
I have the same problem. If you find one, I would appreciate the name also. Smooth sheets help but turning over is a chore...Gramfor4 - Kathy
I have an adjustable bed but before that I was unable to even sleep in bed (slept in recliner for six years) because I could not move enough to change position and would panic feeling as though I was going to suffocate. With the adjustable bed I can raise my head so I don't have the suffocation feeling. I am still unable to change my position so I have to get over into the bed as far as I can because that is where I'll stay. I was always a side sleeper but am unable to turn onto my side.
I use a hard mattress. I have a pillow top cover with cotton sheets (THRESHOLD from target are nice. It is also important that you wear silky pants; its easier to move. I do find that once asleep I tend not to move very much.. Hope this helps
Get your self a electric bed with remote settings that you can adjust to your comfort. Ii use a firm mattress and my husband uses the soft side. It is expensive but well worth a good night sleep.
