There is a natural way to resolve this without the use of harmful laxatives..... there is a product that is available over the counter and it a is called ALOELAX by Natures Way and it is safe effective and works with your body to removes the blockage. I give this to Yancey once a week because all of the meds that he is on causes the same thing. They are veggie caps easy to take and dissolve quickly. The main ingredient aloe with the fennel seed is safe and easy! Follow the directions and you will be clean as
a whistle! Love and prayers !!

Hi Tammy....not fun stuff. I have a fruit smoothie daily with Miralax in it, I sometimes alternate that with a bowl of 100% bran with Miralax mixed in. It has been very helpful. And...drink a lot of water. What is happening, is that the medication pulls the liquid from your intestine which helps create the constipation you are experiencing. I hope you find this helpful. - Gary

Drink plenty of water and I drink prune juice. I warm it up. I drink about a third of s glass . Do this when you can stay close to a bathroom.

Following each of my many surgeries I have had to eat a few dried prunes daily, they can also be stwed, but I like them dried. Lately, partially due to ambulatory slowness I have had the opposite problem, so I now take one anti-diarrheal each morning first thing..

Of the two problems I would rather cope with the constipation. I will leave the reasons to your imagination.
