Thanks for commenting. I have an agreement with the aides that when I can do the trip down I will do it. If I can't they will do it. Sometimes I can do it one way but not the other. Someone commented that I was requesting their help when I can do it for myself to get attention. Yep that's right when I need " attention" I'm going to ask for it. Who told the people that don't know what they are talking about that they have a right to express an opinion. I guess everyone has that right. Just would they not inflect theirs on me.

Someone told me that I need to do some cardio exercise. Now what is it that I do everytime I go down this dad gum 4000 mile long hall all day long in my wheelchair? Lol.
