I can tell you that Rock Steady is more than boxing. My husband has Parkinson's he had a personal trainer for 6 months at the Gym. This was a waste of time compared to Rock Steady. This is an intense 1 1/2 hour session fully devoted to every aspect of parkinsilon's. His symptoms have improved , his movement disorder specialist is impressed with his improvement. He gives it 100% 3 days a week., he is dripping sweat! Some that attend the class do not realize that this is Neuroprotective when giving 100%. Do it , if you want to slow the disease!!! Please.

It's non contact boxing, exercises are adapted from boxing drills. It focuses on agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, hand-eye coordination, footwork, and strength. This is to defend against and overcome your opponent. Parkinson's being the opponent. They focus the exercises on motor movement, balance, core strength, and rhythm. It's been proven to improve your quality of life and slow the progression of the disease.

Hi There, have you typed in your address in the attached link provided by RSB? In regards to the program, it is a game changer and proven to slow down and in some cases reverse symptoms. Is it a cure, no...but it will certainly make your day much nicer. Shoot me a note because I will be speaking with them tomorrow.
