My husband has been diagnosed with PSP but it hasn't changed anything. He was diagnosed with PD about 7 yrs ago and all along his neurologist felt like it wasn't "typical" PD .He started suspecting the PSP because of eye movement problems and sent him to another neurologist for a second opinion,They both agreed that it is indeed PSP.

PSP is sometimes referred to as a Parkinson’s Plus disease. It shares many symptoms with PD but is generally more aggressive and progresses faster. My husband was diagnosed with PD 9 years before his PSP diagnosis. He lived only 1 1/2 years after the PSP dx.
