@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. I've heard a lot of good things about the Rock Steady classes. But, no I do not know of any Rock Steady studios in New Jersey. Do you or anybody else know of one in Dallas? Good luck. Sterling

Both orgs have websites and you can search for local support groups/chapters there. The Rock Steady Boxing website also has a search feature for gyms in your area.
