I jerk a lot . I recently tossed my glasses in the air during a literary talk and yelped. I have to have a rail to stop me falling out of bed. I frequently toss coffee cups in the air; usually over something important. I have terrible tingling in my hands which is at the same time excruciatingly painful. My feet are numb, but move constantly, I stagger like a drunk. and have been accused several times.

We tried everything we could think of. Wedge, diet, etc. I started keeping a journal of diet and times of "reflux". Because Nexium didn't work at 40mg qd, nor omniprezole, and there was only a mild hiatal hernia it wasn't making sense. I am a registered dietitian and I thought there was no rhyme or reason. Finally, I did more research and we started carbo-Levo. There is no more "reflux". It was a parkinsons symptom...though not as common as some. Keep on top of concerns. Good luck to all!
