If you are taking Azilect, what do you take if you have a bad cold?

I have been taking azilect for about 3 years. I guess I don't get sick much, I don't remember taking cold medicine in that time. The box say "Specifically, you should not take AZILECT with the following, as it could result in a serious reaction such as coma or death:
Meperidine (Demerol®), a prescription pain medicine.
Tramadol (Ultram®), methadone (Dolophine®), propoxyphene (Darvon®), or cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril®)
Dextromethorphan, a cough suppressant."

Check out Zicam Rapidmelts with Echinacea. Also, echinacea and/or Elderberry tea or Elderberry syrup.
