I have been diagnosed with parkinson since 2007. I had mild case of parkinson. Recently Simnet does not work well. I have Anxiety out of nowhere and yes my personal life is not causing me Anxiety. I should as I am by profession psychologist. I have lot of fatigue and even though I continue to exercise I remained fatigue. any one can recommend what anti-anxiety med they take

I’m not able to walk and tired all the time. Also I sleep a lot.
PD seems to exacerbate back pain for me. Staying in one position for too long--i.e. in front of a computer or a tv, or driving a car for a long period of time--doesn't help at all. Stretching and moving around does seem to help quite a bit.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, aka Sharron, I wish I had some words of comfort to give you. Try to keep a positive attitude. Mental attitude keeps the Bug-a-boos away!! Keep going to the Y for the exercise of you can. That will also help! If possible find a support group, talking to other Parkes can really ease the willies of PD. Also, go to the website for Davis Phinney Foundation and order their free book Every Victory Counts. It is about the best overview on PD.

I am back, I guess I have just been trying to figure somethings out. My youngest sister also has PD and is now in a wheelchair, she falls all the time and now has lewy body dementia it has been harder for me to see her like this then myself. I am not in a wheelchair but this makes 5 others in my family with PD. I am 71 and three of the others are younger then me.it has taken them down faster then me. I have alot of daytime fatigue sleepless nights anxiety I have also have osteoporosis and hve alot of bone loss which with PD is not good, but with all of this I thank God every day that he gives me and give him the praise in all things for God is good all the time. I exercise 6-7 days a week on a stationary bike for 20-30mins. I also take Buspirone 1.5 15mg tabs in the am. I am on Rytary for dopamine replacement and I take it 3-4x a day when I am awake. I really works good for me.
I own a funeral home and I work until 130pm or 2pm and then go home and take a nap. By that time I have to rest because I can't think very well and I am exhausted. After my nap I can do some work at home and go to a few evening meetings a month. My PD was diagnosed in 2016 but I had leg weakness for 3-4 years before the shakes began. Rytary stops most of the shaking. I am grateful to the Lord I am not worse.
