The fatigue happens even if I have a good night's sleep. If I rest a little while I feel better. I take Azilect.

My fatigue was due to my medication . I am on Carbidopa levodopa 3 times a day. I was so nauseous and very fatigued . My pharmacist recommended extra Carbidopa 25 mg add ito my medication . It's helps me so much It got rid of most of my nausea and I'm not as tired .Before I was taking 2 to 3 naps a day I really take that anymore .

when i went a dr.he said for my tiredness, to make a chart in my head.put the most demanding thing to do, do it first and see how i feel. it has become a lot better now. it used to be i had to give things ponits. for example how things tired me out, eg. i would maybe 15-20 points for doing 1 load of washing and drying.

I am exhausted all the time. My husband, family and friends don't understand . It's very frustrating.

Sometimes i try and fight the fatigue by walking or cycling but it does not always work so a short nap seems to be the answer
