I am looking for a counselor/psychologist in Hillsboro county Florida who has experience working with couples who are dealing with Parkinson's issues. Any recommendations?

Thanks for your response. This is a difficult journey. We have been together since high school and my husband has been in his struggle for 11 years Parkinson's steals so much.

Good luck in your search . Counseling isn't something that I see very often on this blog. I have a therapist that I see every 2 weeks. He is educating himself about PD. I don't know what I would do without someone to vent to. He never takes sides but does help me ". Reframe" to see things different. Last week we talked about a scripture from Psalm 42:4 "My heart is breaking as I remember how it used to be"
Aloha
