I would encourage all PD friends to stay active, find support group(s), exercise and enjoy life as best you can...fight the good fight
Although i am not single i am home alone from 7.30 am till 5.45 my husband works full time as an Electrician so i have to cope some days are good some bad my main problems being when i first wake up. My distonia i can guarantee will kick in every morning as my meds depleat over nights plus i am already on max dose . So suffice to say i am pretty crap in the morning but i dont let it win i always argue with my PD i control me not the other way round.

I live alone and it can be tough. I am very organized with my meds, plan my days and schedule usually based on the assumption I can get one major activity done in a day. I am my own caregiver and I am still in good enough condition that Ican manage. There sre times it is hard. Tell me about you.
I know exactly how you feel. I have a little dog, Fluff, the love of my life. Don't know what I would do without her.
Thanks for that. I like being home alone. I have a little dog and she's the love of my life.
