Yes, I do take that but for me it only works if I use it with 10 mg of melatonin as well as clonazepam along with it. That's the only way I can sleep.

The way I can sleep is 2 c/l at bedtime with 1 10mg of Ambien. I have no problem. But some people taking Ambien, do things during the night .in an impaired state and do things they have no recollection of the next morning. Once I rearranged furniture during the night, and was confused how it happened, and then I realized it was the Ambien.

I no longer rearrange furniture during the night. It was a one time thing, thankfully.

My husband was prescribed the purple pill CR for bedtime and it really helped. Plus 3 mg Melatonin at bedtime. @

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I believe that the CR dose is 200/50 for sinemet. I used to take it at bedtime but it did not help my symptoms. I will not go on sinimet CR again.
