Anybody here faced this issue? What is the best way to manage this. BTW I am also taking Amantadine (2 doses 100 mg each). Any suggestions of strategies that worked ?

Rytary is great, in my opinion. It is time released, and doesn't have a wearing off time. The only bad thing is that it costs about $1000 a month, if your insurance company doesn't cover it.

I had the wearing off problem, and I changed from every 4 hours to every 3. You should run this by your neurologist before trying, however.
